HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had our basement flood just before Christmas 2022. Within 24 hours Tazewell had their guys out to measure our square footage. In store we were greeted and helped by April, who showed us tons of different options all based on our requests. She did a great job personalizing our experience! We also had a quote from another carpet company that was slightly cheaper and Tazewell went ahead and matched it, no questions asked! As soon as the carpet arrived in their store, they called to get us on the schedule. They arrived on time and got the job done even better than we envisioned in one day. Everyone we encountered was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We are SO HAPPY with their services and were thrilled to keep our business local. We will be back for any future needs. Thank you! :)
